Episode IX - Summer HEAT

Hello everyone and Welcome to Episode 9!

Go out with me today as I do a very RARE thing fore me! I run in the MORNING! (and it is not even for a race!) In today's episode I talk about running in the heat of the summer time! I also discuss the progress of my friends, give you some updates on me since my last episode, give you my sports team updates, talk about my upcoming race, whine a little, and some various other items.

I also once again ask for some more feedback, read an email, and play a new voice mail I received for you all to hear!
